Monitors Inspect Column of Heavy Weapons, as Ukraine Truce Holds

European monitors in east Ukraine inspect a column of multiple rocket launchers, in the town of Artevemisk. The Ukrainian military is withdrawing its rocket systems from the front-line, as required in a European-brokered ceasefire deal that seems to be finally working. The head of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe says the ceasefire is holding ... despite violations, and that those are mostly small arms fire.
